Luxembourg Defence Minister Yuriko Backes has warned that any EU discussions on a Ukraine “reparations loan” must guarantee legal security and financial stability. Speaking on Europe’s support to Kyiv, Backes emphasized that Ukraine must be part of all decisions affecting its future, while calling for stronger European defence readiness and increased cooperation among member states. Luxembourg is contributing its highest military support since the start of the war and urges other allies to follow suit to prevent Ukraine from running out of funds.<br />#EU #luxembourg #apt
